The cost of delivery services provided by SDEK is calculated automatically at the time of ordering and is based on the current tariffs and conditions of the company, as well as taking into account the characteristics of the shipment and the delivery route.

Courier delivery services include the possibility of receiving goods directly from the courier with the right to inspect and try them on, which is carried out in accordance with the established rules and procedures of the SDEK company, which provide for the proper processing of all necessary documents and compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of postal and courier shipments.

The delivery time is calculated automatically when placing an order and is determined based on the established tariffs and conditions of the company, taking into account the characteristics of the shipment, the chosen delivery method and the current workload of the logistics infrastructure.

All orders placed through the official website are transferred to the SDEK transport company on the next business day after their registration and shipped from the logistics center located in St. Petersburg.

The delivery time depends on the destination region, the chosen delivery method, and the current workload of the shipping company. Approximate delivery dates can be obtained by reviewing the relevant tables on the official website of the SDEK company, where the specified dates are given without taking into account the day of ordering and weekends and holidays.

Delivery by courier to the door is carried out at the address specified by the buyer when placing the order, exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday) from 09:00 to 18:00 local time.

When placing an order, the buyer must provide the exact delivery address and a contact phone number where it can be reached at the specified delivery time. Incorrect indication of data may result in a violation of delivery dates and additional costs for adjusting logistics operations.

After fulfilling the obligation to pay for the order, the order is transferred to the SDEK transport company within the next business day. On the same day, an e-mail is sent to the customer's specified e-mail address containing full information about the delivery, including:

• An individual track number required to track the status of the shipment.;
• Complete delivery information, including the address of the pick-up or delivery point, as well as the time parameters of delivery.

The received individual track number allows the client to:

• To monitor the movement of shipments in real time through the official website of the SDEK transport company;
• Receive up-to-date information about the order execution status;
• To make changes to the recipient's data provided for by the current legislation and internal regulations of the SDEK company.

The Client undertakes to use the track number exclusively in accordance with the terms and conditions established by SDEK, and is responsible for any actions performed using the specified track number.

If the transfer of the order to the transport company has not been carried out, you must immediately contact the support service by sending a corresponding written notification to the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru .

The following information should be provided in the specified request:

• order number;
• current delivery address;
• other necessary data to ensure the correct execution of the transfer of the order to the transport company.

At the same time, it is important to make sure that the request contains complete and reliable information that allows you to accurately identify the order and ensure its proper transfer to the transport company.

If the order is already in the process of transportation, you will be notified of the delivery via SMS message on behalf of the shipping company.

The change of the delivery address is possible exclusively through the personal account provided by the transport company, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the relevant regulations of this company.
The responsibility for the timely and correct provision of information lies with the customer.

If the customer wishes to receive his order on his own, he has the right, when placing an order, to select through an interactive map any convenient pick-up point belonging to the SDEK logistics company.

The "delivery to the pick-up point" service is provided on the territory of your locality through the SDEK company's network of pick-up points. When placing an order, the system automatically detects and assigns the nearest pick-up point from the existing network to the address specified by the customer.

All calculations on the cost of delivery and estimated deadlines for its implementation are made automatically at the time of ordering and are based on the current tariffs and conditions of the SDEK company, as well as taking into account the characteristics of the shipment and the selected pick-up point.

The customer has the right to independently choose the method of receiving the order at one of the pick-up points, which is done by specifying the appropriate point when applying for delivery. The choice of a pick-up point other than the nearest one is based solely on the client's will and does not affect SDEK's obligations to properly fulfill contractual obligations.

Yes, it is allowed for a third party to receive your order, provided that the specified person is provided with complete and reliable information about the order received from the logistics company SDEK.

In order for a third party to receive an order, it is necessary to provide him with all information related to this shipment, which is provided by the logistics company SDEK, including, but not limited to, the shipment number, recipient information and other related information necessary for identification and receipt of the order.

The responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the transmitted information lies with the sender of the order. The recipient has the right to authorize any person to receive an order by providing him with all the necessary data received from SDEC.

For each unit of shipped products, an autopsy control device is applied at the opening site of the branded package.

If the package has been opened upon receipt of the order, you must immediately perform the following actions:

1. Record the fact of an autopsy by means of photo and video recording;
2. Send the received photo and video recording materials to the support service email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru for documentary confirmation.

Based on the confirmation received, we will take the following measures:

• Sending a claim to the shipping company or marketplace that delivered the order;
• Checking the contents of the package to establish the fact of possible damage to the goods.
