Payment methods

Dunin-Barkovsky accepts payment cards from the following payment systems: VISA, MasterCard and MIR.

To pay for goods by bank card, the buyer must select the appropriate payment method when placing an order. After that, the buyer is redirected to the acquiring bank's payment page, where he is required to enter his bank card details, namely:

• card number;
• its validity period;
• The three-digit CVC2/CVV2 code located on the back of the card.

If the buyer's bank card is connected to the 3D-Secure system, it is automatically redirected to the issuing bank's page for authentication.

All online payments are processed through the bank's secure gateway in accordance with the PCI DSS international security standard. At the same time, information is transmitted over the SSL protocol, which provides a high level of encryption and excludes the possibility of its receipt by third parties.

The security of payment transactions is ensured by the use of certified information security tools that meet the requirements of the PCI DSS standard, which guarantees the confidentiality and protection of personal data of participants in the payment transaction.

As part of the implementation of the corporate policy on environmental protection and the promotion of sustainable development, Dunin-Barkovsky decided to completely abandon the use of paper receipts when making payments with customers.

In accordance with the above, when making any purchases through our channels, electronic cash receipts will be sent to the buyer automatically to the email address specified by him.

This solution is aimed at minimizing the use of paper products and helps to reduce the negative impact on the environmental system. Dunin-Barkovsky undertakes to ensure that electronic cash receipts are sent to customers in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.

Buyers have the right to receive electronic cash receipts as confirmation of the expenses incurred, which does not exempt them from the obligation to keep these documents in accordance with the established procedure.

When paying with a card, an error may occur in the following cases:

• If the bank does not support full 3-D Secure;
• If the bank blocks the transaction for internal reasons;
• If there are not enough funds in the account to make the payment.

Please make sure that the card details, including the holder's name, expiration date, and CVC code are correct. Try disabling VPN or other blocking bypass services.
