Public offer on concluding a contract for the sale of goods remotely

1. Subject of the agreement

The seller, individual entrepreneur Dunin-Barkovsky Daniil Dmitrievich, acting on the basis of a certificate of state registration, offers the Buyer, an individual, to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods by accepting a public offer by placing an order on the Seller's official website at: https://us.dunin-barkovsky.ru .

The description of the goods, their characteristics and prices are presented in the electronic catalog on the Seller's website.

The terms of payment and delivery are posted in the relevant sections of the website.

2. The procedure for concluding the contract

The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer by placing an order on the Seller's website.

3. The procedure for fulfilling obligations

After placing an order on the website, the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation with the specified contact information.

All completed orders are transferred to an authorized transport company on the next business day after registration and shipped from the city of St. Petersburg.

Delivery is carried out according to the carrier's route schedule. The transport company is responsible for the delivery time and the safety of the goods. The seller provides assistance in arranging the delivery.

The change of the delivery address after the transfer of the order to the carrier and the re-delivery in case of impossibility of delivery are carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

4. Return and exchange of goods

The goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the presentation remains intact.

Goods of inadequate quality are subject to return if there is documentary evidence of a defect.

The return procedure is regulated by the "Exchange and Refund” section on the Seller's website.

5. Dispute resolution

The pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. Claims are sent to the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru They will be reviewed within two (2) business days.

Disputes that are not settled in a pre-trial order are referred to the Arbitration Court of the city of St. Petersburg.

6. Processing of personal data

The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data:

7. Order payment

When paying with a bank card, it is redirected to the payment service of Bank Point LLC, which is responsible for processing and protecting payment data.

8. Changing the terms of the offer
