1. Subject of the agreement

The seller, individual entrepreneur Dunin-Barkovsky Daniel Dmitrievich, acting on the basis of a certificate of state registration, offers the Buyer, an individual, to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods by accepting a public offer by placing an order on the Seller's official website at: https://us.dunin-barkovsky.ru .

The description of the goods, their characteristics and prices are presented in the electronic catalog on the Seller's website.

The terms of payment and delivery are posted in the relevant sections of the website.

2. The procedure for concluding the contract

The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer by placing an order on the Seller's website.

3. The procedure for fulfilling obligations

After placing an order on the website, the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation with the specified contact information.

All completed orders are transferred to an authorized transport company on the next business day after registration and shipped from the city of St. Petersburg.

Delivery is carried out according to the carrier's route schedule. The transport company is responsible for the delivery time and the safety of the goods. The seller provides assistance in arranging the delivery.

The change of the delivery address after the transfer of the order to the carrier and the re-delivery in case of impossibility of delivery are carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

4. Return and exchange of goods

The goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the presentation remains intact.

Goods of inadequate quality are subject to return if there is documentary evidence of a defect.

The return procedure is regulated by the "Exchange and Refund” section on the Seller's website.

5. Dispute resolution

The pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. Claims are sent to the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru They will be reviewed within two (2) business days.

Disputes that are not settled in a pre-trial order are referred to the Arbitration Court of the city of St. Petersburg.

6. Processing of personal data

The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data:

• Phone number;
• Email address;
• The delivery address.

7. Order payment

When paying with a bank card, it is redirected to the payment service of Bank Point LLC, which is responsible for processing and protecting payment data.

8. Personal account of the client

When placing an order on the Seller's website, the client's personal account is automatically created. Access to the personal account is provided by sending the login and password to the email address specified by the buyer when placing the order.

The personal account provides the client with the following features:

• Viewing and monitoring orders;
• Access to information about purchased goods;
• Repeat order processing;
• Managing delivery addresses.

The client has round-the-clock access to his personal account, which allows him to quickly receive information about the order status and, if necessary, make changes to the data.

9. Changing the terms of the offer

To pay for goods by bank card, the buyer must select the appropriate payment method when placing an order. After that, the buyer is redirected to the acquiring bank's payment page, where he is required to enter his bank card details, namely:

• its validity period;
• The three-digit CVC2/CVV2 code located on the back of the card.

If the buyer's bank card is connected to the 3D-Secure system, it is automatically redirected to the issuing bank's page for authentication.

After fulfilling the obligation to pay for the order, the order is transferred to the SDEK transport company within the next business day. On the same day, an e-mail is sent to the customer's specified e-mail address containing full information about the delivery, including:

• An individual track number required to track the status of the shipment;
• Complete delivery information, including the address of the pick-up or delivery point, as well as the time parameters of delivery.

The received individual track number allows the client to:

• To monitor the movement of shipments in real time through the official website of the SDEK transport company;
• Receive up-to-date information about the order execution status;
• To make changes to the recipient's data provided for by the current legislation and internal regulations of the SDEK company.

The Client undertakes to use the track number exclusively in accordance with the terms and conditions established by SDEK, and is responsible for any actions performed using the specified track number.

For each unit of shipped products, an autopsy control device is applied at the opening site of the branded package.

If the package has been opened upon receipt of the order, you must immediately perform the following actions::

1. Record the fact of an autopsy by means of photo and video recording;
2. Send the received photo and video recording materials to the email address of the support service support@dunin-barkovsky.ru for documentary confirmation.

Based on the confirmation received, we will take the following measures:

• Sending a claim to the shipping company or marketplace that delivered the order;
• Checking the contents of the package to establish the fact of possible damage to the goods.

We strongly recommend that you open the package without fail and check whether the contents correspond to the order in order to avoid possible misunderstandings and to confirm the integrity of the goods upon receipt.

The procedure for the return and exchange of goods General provisions

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchased product and demand its return or exchange.

Terms of return of goods

The return of the product is subject to the following conditions:

• Purchase and receipt:

The Dunin-Barkovsky electronic certificate is available for purchase on the official website in the "Certificates" section. The certificate will be sent to you in PDF format by e-mail. The received file can be given to a third party as a gift.

• Procedure for non-receipt:

If the email with the electronic certificate has not been received within 24 hours of its purchase, it is recommended to contact customer support immediately by e-mail support@dunin-barkovsky.ru to resolve the situation.

• Conditions for using the certificate:

The electronic certificate can only be used when making purchases through the official Dunin-Barkovsky website. The certificate is intended for single use. To activate the certificate, you must enter its unique number in the corresponding promo code field when placing an order. We hereby inform you that the provided promo codes are considered valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment they are sent to the email address specified by the buyer when placing the order.

• Return and reuse:

Upon refund of the entire cost of the order paid by means of an electronic certificate, the certificate is restored in full for subsequent use.

• Inability to exchange and refund:

The electronic certificate itself is not exchangeable, refundable, or otherwise reimbursable.
