Confirmation and order details are sent to the contact details provided by the user as soon as the order is placed on the website. We will process the order within 2 days of placing it. During a sale, the processing time may be extended by 5-6 days.
Orders for delivery by third party services are fulfilled according to the courier service's internal route schedule. The third party carrier is responsible for the delivery time and the absence of damage to the goods during delivery, but we guarantee help and assistance in the implementation of quality and timely delivery.
Change of delivery address, if the order is on its way, or re-delivery in case of non-delivery will be charged by the buyer additionally.

The goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, while maintaining their presentation in full. To do this, send an email to support@dunin-barkovsky.ru and specify: the number and date of the order, the contact phone number.

If an agreement fails, the disputes are referred to the Arbitration Court of the city of St. Petersburg.
