Exchange and Refund

If for any reason you decide to cancel the purchased product, you can do so in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1.

It is important for us to provide truly high-quality service. Therefore, we will make a replacement or refund without bureaucratic procedures.

Conditions

We will send a new product or refund the money if:
  • the product was not used
  • The tags and labels are intact
  • It was bought on the official website
  • up to 7 days have passed since it was received.

How do I issue a refund?

  1. Contact our support team. An electronic receipt is required for registration.
  2. Fill out the refund application. You can download the application here
  3. Pack the items that did not suit you by enclosing the completed application inside. Check that all tags and labels are intact.
  4. Send the parcel by contacting any shipping company. You must send the parcel by courier to the address: 197350, St. Petersburg, ul. Glukharskaya, 26, bldg. 1, apartment 148. Transportation costs to the warehouse are paid by the buyer.
  5. As soon as we receive the parcel, our specialists will check the products and issue a refund. The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt at the warehouse. After processing your refund, the funds are returned to the card with which the order was paid on the website. The deadline for crediting funds depends on the issuing Bank.

To exchange, you need to make a refund on the order and pay for the new product on the official website.
*Is it possible to return the product if the packaging was damaged during delivery?

We recommend checking the product for damage to the packaging upon receipt at the pick-up point or upon delivery of the order by courier. It is important to do this before you sign the receipt of the goods. If you find damage to the product caused by transportation, please include this information in the receipt and contact us for further resolution of the issue by sending an email to: support@dunin-barkovsky.ru
